These guys suck. I believe they lost my case because the NVC sent my case 2 months ago to the embassy and I still have not received Packet 3, while others who have had the NVC send the case only a few weeks ago are already receiving packet 3. To top it off you cant contact them except by email or fax and it normally takes them at least a week to respond. The telephone number they do give you to find out info about your case will cost you $7 each time you call and the people you talk to have no idea what they are talking about. I have called this number 3 times in the past few weeks and each time I talked to someone different. The first person told me to wait a month, the second said wait a week, and the third person said wait 3-4 months. So inconsistent. They obviously are not informed about anything, and rather then tell the simple truth of "I dont know" they would rather lie and deceive you. I guess this is easiest for them.
